Where hearing aids are clinically suitable, you can trial them for 7 days in the situations that matter to you: family, television, phone calls, meeting friends, and noisier places. You then come back for a follow-up appointment so we can hear how you went and make adjustments. If needed, the trial can be extended for a further 7 days with further adjustments.

There is no charge for the trial. If you decide not to go ahead, you return the hearing aids and pay nothing.

During your trial, we can help with:
