Given an appointment the following day with the lady audiologist, who provided excellent advice and service. No pressure was applied in the choosing of my new hearing aids. After being with one Australian wide company for 15 years, I appreciate now the benefits of the independent advice and excellent service given by Essence Audiology.

My husband is a farmer and very difficult to get into Albury. When he does the team are fantastic and extremely helpful ensuring his hearing aids are updated with the latest features and his concerns are addressed with ease and compassion. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

Didn't get a chance to leave a review however i will leave one now. I was travelling from sydney to melbourne 2 weeks ago with a blocked ear and decided to stop by at essence to get my ears checked. My left ear was completely blocked, and my right one was almost blocked. Fortunately, the team at Essence Albury provided exceptional service and cleaned out the wax from both ears. Highly recommend!!

The person who set the hearing aid up was fantastic, But to try and contact essence by phone is a absolute night mere you have to leave a message for them to get back to you, and 9 times out of ten I missed the call, then I would return the call and it was ground hog day all over again

I cannot speak highly enough of Caitlin and Sarah. I felt that I was really heard in terms of my hearing needs and barriers I was facing. Caitlin provided suggestions for improving my hearing in various situations including work and social environments and supported my use of technology with some great advice and training. I felt valued and at no point was I coerced into purchasing products I did not need. At FoH Sarah was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Altogether a very satisfying experience

My experience at Essence was great. With other audiologists I was put off by their hard sell manner, & reluctant to visit an audiologist again. Essence, on the other hand, has been a breath of fresh air. Very professional yet friendly and helpful staff. I was certainly offered upgrades, but it was done in a helpful, pressure free manner. The fitting & adjustment of my new hearing aids was also quite an experience, especially how they were able to fine tune them to suit my needs. My sincere thanks to Essence Albury!

I had visited to have my hearing aids serviced and had not returned for 3 years upon returning my custom hearing aids were located by the staff and I was given a full in-depth test and consultation the staff from admin to head audiologist are amazing to deal with and definitely went above and beyond for me

As usual I found Essence extremely good. On my visit for my hearing aid maintenance check I was treated as a valued client and they replaced an ear tube and checked my ears for wax amongst other things. I went to get an audiometry last week and the service was really good, I was having a hard time and everyone was patient and understanding of my situation. The audiologist took the time to explain everything to me and included me in the strategies she recommended to follow up my diagnosis. They also sent me my results by email as requested.
